The Gala is a formal, adults-only event. We recommend comfortable cocktail attire.
Yes, we highly recommend you bring cash to the Gala. Our gift card raffle in support of our Senior Scholarships and our bar are both cash only. Thank you.
Parking at Old Daley is plentiful. Park on the right or left side of the building and enter through the main door. There is no fee for parking. Please remember that there is no parking on the road!

Yes. The registration form includes a section to request table seating. If you’ve already registered but would like to make a request, please email [email protected] with the subject line, “Gala Table Seating” but please note that not all requests can be honored depending on the timing of the request.

To be eligible for an APEF creative grant, a project must:
The application deadlines for APEF grants are:
To apply for an APEF grant, please download and complete the grant application form. The completed application form should be submitted to the APEF with the appropriate signatures by the deadline.
The APEF grant committee will review all applications and make recommendations to the APEF Board of Trustees. The trustees will then review and vote on awarding the grant. Grants may be approved, partially approved or denied.
All applicants will be notified of the status of their grant application by the end of the month following the deadline.
